Maintenance:
* Clean and dry the pan thoroughly. Warm the pan on a stovetop burner.
* Apply a "thin" layer of Grumpy's Cast Iron/Carbon steel seasoning to the entire cooking surface with a paper towel or a cotton rag.
* Wipe off any excess oil.*
Seasoning a raw pan or doing a refresh:
* Preheat item.
* Apply a thin layer of Grumpy's Cast Iron/Carbon steel seasoning to all surfaces.
* Wipe off all excess oil completely.*
* Place in a 450°F oven for one hour. Let cool in the oven. Item is now seasoned any ready to use!
* Repeat the process if needed for optimal seasoning.
